A proper nutrition needs to be a constant on your daily basis: what you eat has a direct impact on you performance, recovery and overall health. But this is not just about the type of food you should choose: it is also about the times you eat throughout the day, and how it affects you training and your capacity to recover after working out.
I will create a meal plan for you based on your nutrional history, body measurements and training goals. It will not be a classic, deprivational diet: you will learn about fat loss, collagen production and supernutrients while you eat as much food as you want.
